In this section I talk about where to place new members as you enroll them, and what to do with them. First, we'll talk about communicating with your new members and helping them get started off to the fastest track to receiving a check. Secondly, we'll talk about where to place them.

Below the red line is e-mail I send to ALL new members, make sure you copy and paste it and send a VERY similar message to EVERY new member you have! (This message would go to "Fred") The sooner you can send this message and call a new person when they sign up, the more they will understand that you really DO care and that this is not just another online biz where you just want their money. (The MOST successful people on the entire team call their members whenever possible, and stay in regular e-mail communications on a regular basis. Let your new members know you LOVE them!!!!!)

Okay, now that we understand that we have to place 1 active student right and 1 active student left, please choose where you would like to place this new student. You are probably going to be receiving other members from your upline, so talk to them to find out where they're going to be placing members, and place your member on whichever side you'd like to. (As in the above picture, the "spillover" from the upline is coming down the left side - the blue boxes. If this were the case, you'll probably start out with 1 member on your left, and if they activate and stay active, then all of your remaining members will go down your right side.)
